Good food...have had the sweet and sour pork, kung pao chicken and orange peel chicken...lunch is $9.95 & dinner $10.95 which includes soup, fried wonton, egg roll & rice (steamed or fried) & entree.
This place is so good! I cannot believe I haven't heard of it. Do not pass on the sweat and sour chicken. The shrimp fried rice is so good and not stingy with the shrimp. Amazing!
Small whole in the wall. Good food. The orange chicken was the best. Dark meat. Not too sweet. Sweet n sour had white meat. So it was kinda dry. Mongolian beef very chewy and kind of sweet. Has a lot of onions. Good portions though.
The food is so good that it's worth a week of lunch detentions. It's absolutely the best that Walnut has to offer. A buddy of mine found this restaurant while we were traveling through Walnut on a school trip. The food looked so good that we decided to leave without permission, but we were caught and reprimanded with a week's worth of lunch detentions. However, I would gladly do it again. This food is WORTH IT. I've never had better restaurant food in my life. On top of this, portions are massive, service is extremely fast, and to-go food is packaged appropriately. Travel to Walnut for this restaurant. You'll thank me.
Tasty food and good portions! We had the sesame shrimp and beef chow fun. Excited to come back and try more menu items. The service was great and the food came out quick. It's calm inside and I like that there are booths available.
This is a favorite place for our family. Good Cantonese style food -like when I was a kid. The best deal is the lunch special. If you can dine in, you get soup, and if it's the hot & sour soup - score! Theirs is legit. But we've ordered to go, too, and always enjoy it. Other favorites are the king pao chicken and fish with black bean sauce. The restaurant is medium sized, so enough for lunch service and it's cute - reminds me of the "mom and pop" places Chinatown used to have. The staff is always on the go and service is quick and friendly.
